Data Entry Accuracy
Our accuracy can reach up to 99.95%, however, accuracy levels are dependent on a number of factors including:
Single entry vs Double entry
We can provide single or double data entry. Double entry provides the best accuracy levels.
Our data entry software allows a second processor to carry out a second pass on the data entry work without having access to the initial work.
The software will prevent the operator carrying on, if any of their entries vary from the first operator. This will allow correction of either the first or second operators work, giving almost perfect results with accuracy levels second to none.
Handwriting vs text
Accuracy levels will be higher on data entry work from text. We would laways recommend using double Data entry with handwriting.
Your Data
We realise that your data is important to you. That is why we have built out premises with security in mind. Let us tell you what will happen to your data.
i. We will pick up your data from your office personally.
ii. We will only use on 'stand alone PC' - That means your data will never be on a PC that is connected to the internet.
iii. We will destroy or return the disc when we have finished processing your data. We will also inform you when this is done.
iv. We will format the hard drive on the PC we have used to process your data once the mailing is complete. We will also inform you when this is done if you wish.
v. Normally, most jobs take less than 24 hours to complete. We will not have your data on our premises for any longer than required.
vi. Our reputation depends on protecting the information we receive. Your data will be processed by Tommy or Sylvia Harrison, we do not have a huge queue of employees looking at you information, only us.
